This is a public read-only JSON-LD API for published AmtsGuide facts, suppliers, topic aggregates, and drift metadata.

Implemented route families:
- health: GET /health
- endpoint_lookup: GET /endpoints?topic=&jurisdiction=&limit=&offset=, GET /endpoints/{endpoint_slug}
- topic_facts: GET /topics/{topic}, GET /topics/{topic}/{jurisdiction}
- supplier_lookup: GET /anbieter/{topic}/{plz}, GET /anbieter/{supplier_slug}
- drift_events: GET /drift/{endpoint_slug}?limit=
- discovery: GET /, GET /robots.txt, GET /llms.txt, GET /llms-full.txt, GET /openapi.json, GET /context.jsonld, GET /sitemap.xml, GET /.well-known/amtsguide-data.json

Write policy: no public route writes to the database.
Supplier policy: public supplier output is contact-first only. No reviews, ratings, profile blurbs, avatars, logos, private source notes, or payment state are exposed.
